Vinod Kambli alleges racial slur by foreigner

MUMBAI: Former cricketer, Vinod Kambli, on Thursday submitted a written complaint at Bandra police station, alleging that a foreigner had passed a racist comment on him after a dispute over car parking.
He alleged that the woman addressed him by the colour of his skin. Kambli lives in Jewel Co-operative Housing Society in Bandra (W).
The woman also lives in the same society on rent.The police said they have registered a non-congnizable complaint in the matter. They said it was a minor issue and there was no need to call the woman for questioning.
