Celina Jaitly has filed a case against her husband, Peter Haag, levelling a series of serious allegations against the Austrian national.
In her plea before SC Tadye, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri, Celina — mother of three children — has alleged that she was subjected to continuous domestic violence.
The matter is now before the court, and the allegations are under judicial examination. Haag has the right to respond.

- She alleges he hoodwinked her and took possession of their Mumbai house, depriving her of property rights.
- She has sought Rs 10 lakh per month as maintenance for herself and their three children.
- She has demanded Rs 50 crore in compensation, claiming mental, emotional and physical suffering.
- She accuses Haag of repeated abusive behaviour that affected her health, dignity and family life.
- She alleges that her husband systematically dismantled her career and financial independence.
- She alleges the conduct compromised the well-being of their children and left her financially unsupported.
- The plea was filed before SC Tadye, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri.
She has sought Rs 10 lakh per month as maintenance and Rs 50 crore as compensation, citing emotional, physical and financial distress.
