Salman mustn’t get relief, says actor’s neighbour

Mumbai: In a defamation suit filed by Salman Khan against his Panvel farmhouse neighbor Ketan Kakkad, the neighbour’s lawyer Abha Singh on Thursday argued before a trial court that no relief be granted to the actor as he wants an order to “gag” him.
In submissions before judge A H Laddhad, Singh said Kakkad, an American citizen, respects Khan and his family and also does not mean to tarnish anyone’s reputation.Singh said it is he (Kakkad) who is shown in bad light and has been unable to rightfully access his land since 2014. tnn
