'Wear mask, avoid lockdown'

As the number of coronavirus cases is surging once again in the city, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Sunday said that if people want to avoid a lockdown, they must wear masks, and their behaviour will be monitored for the next eight days. He also said that he has permitted all the district admins to reinforce restrictions in their area if needed, starting Monday, by giving the public enough notice. "Do we need a lockdown? If you behave responsibly, we will know in the next eight days. Those who don't want a lockdown, will wear a mask. Those who want a lockdown, will not wear one. So wear a mask and say No to the lockdown," Thackeray stated.
