Mumbai: Two kill vendor for free cigarette

Nirmal Nagar police arrested two men for killing a paan shop vendor near the railway flyover in Bandra (E) on Wednesday. Samir Khan and Sahu asked Muddassir Khan for a free cigarette. When he refused, they slit his throat a knife.
