Maharashtra floats tender

Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope on Tuesday informed that the state government has floated a global tender to procure Remdesivir (a drug used in treating coronavirus patients) and oxygen amid an acute shortage in the state. The tender that has been floated is for 10 lakh Remdesivir vials, 40,000 oxygen concentrators and 25,000 metric tonnes of oxygen.
