MUMBAI: Mumbai South MP Arvind Sawant (UBT) has raised questions over the meeting held by Kalyan MP Shrikant Shinde, son of chief minister Eknath Shinde, with the municipal commissioner on Tuesday.

In response, Sawant tweeted: “Sad to see the slavery of bureaucrats who discuss the issues of development of South Mumbai without the people’s representative of South Mumbai. MP Shinde had said that the meeting was held at the BMC office to discuss the revamp of Fort and Marine Drive to promote heritage and upgradation of amenities for tourists.
