MUMBAI: Their immature age was misused, said Bandra Metropolitan Court Magistrate Komalsing Rajput while granting bail to three accused in custody since January 2022 in the Bulli Bai app case.
The three accused are of “very tender age’’. “They are students and one of them is a girl and orphan,’’ said the April 12 order released on Tuesday containing detailed reasons for bail.

The court said the evidence is of a “technical’’ nature and spread across the country, and as such the trial will take “substantial time’’.
It said chances of tampering are “almost nil’’ as accused have no control over the documentary-based evidence.
