Four in cop net for looting med shop

MUMBAI: Four armed robbers, who looted cash and goods worth Rs 3.45 lakh from a medical store in Borivli (E) last month, were arrested by the Kasturba Marg police recently.
"We traced the prime accused, Rajesh Ujagare alias Yeravda (28), to the Daulat Nagar bridge in Borivli on Tuesday night. Ujagare has 12 cases of assault, housebreaking and unlawful assembly registered against him.He has been jailed for ten of these cases,'' DCP Ajit Patil said.
Ujagare led the police to his accomplices-Sunny alias Nanu Naik (22), Bharat Adhav (21) and Prashant alias Babu Savardekar (25). The police are yet to recover the weapons and the booty.
