Extended metro services for assembly elections 2024 on November 20 in Mumbai

Mumbai Metro lines 1, 2A, and 7 are extending service hours on November 20, 2024, to accommodate voters and election workers. The first trains will depart at 4 am, and the last trains will run past midnight at 1 am on November 21st. This will increase daily services to 262 trips.

MUMBAI: Metro One (Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar) and Maha Mumbai Metro Operations Corporation Ltd (MMMOCL), which operates Metro Lines 2A and 7, have announced extended services on November 20, 2024, to ensure convenient travel for voters and election duty staff.
The first trains will depart at 4 am from Gundavali, Dahisar East, and Andheri West stations, while the last trains will run at 1 am (past midnight) on November 21, 2024.
A total of 19 additional trips have been scheduled, increasing the daily services from 243 to 262 trips.
Similarly, Metro One will also operate extended hours, with the first trains from Versova and Ghatkopar starting at 4 am and the last services departing at 1 am.
