Bungalow pair in Mumbai's Vile Parle sold for Rs 50 crore

MUMBAI: Two bungalows on a single plot in Vile Parle have been purchased by the MD of Jaykumar Infra Projects for Rs 50 crore.
According to information sourced by real estate advisory firm IndexTap.com, the buyer, Nalin Gupta and his wife, Shalini, bought Bungalow A and B totalling over 5,600sqft in Ashok Nagar Cooperative Housing Society. The seller is one Akshay Mehta.
Last year, filmmaker B R Chopra's family sold their 25,000 sq ft bungalow, B R House in Juhu, for Rs 183 crore to K Raheja Corp.In 2021, author Siddharth Dhanvant Sanghavi sold Padmini bungalow at Kapol Society, Juhu, to Agarwal Holding for Rs 84.75 crore.
