MUMBAI: A special Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) court on Monday granted bail to four men arrested along with Abhishek Konduskar for their alleged involvement in an international drug-trafficking racket.
Konduskar and the others were arrested in June following raids at the Konduskar-owned Kumud Drugs factory. The DRI had seized 1,021 kg of illegally manufactured ketamine valued at Rs 102 crore in the international market.
The four accused, Jayantilal Kothari, Sandeep Ahire, Bikash Mandal and Nilesh Mehta were granted bail after paying Rs 5 lakh each.
The accused were booked for bulk production of ketamine and mephedrone. tnn
