: Three
migrant labourers
were killed while three others were injured when a
speeding truck
hit their van at
Dugrau village
in
Bulandshahr
, early on Wednesday.
The six labourers were working in Haryana's Jind district and were returning to their native village fearing lockdown, sources said. All of them were residents of Bulandshahr district.
Soon, local villagers along with relatives blocked traffic at night. It was only when sub-divisional magistrate,
Padam Kumar Singh
, reached the site and pacified the relatives, the road blockade could be lifted.

said, "A speeding truck hit a van which overturned. All the deceased - identified as Vijay Lal, Jagroop Singh and Ganpat Singh - were residents of Karanpur Kalan. Three died at the spot while the injured have been admitted to hospital."
