GP staff suspended for backing MLA
Mangaluru: A staffer of the Ujire gram panchayat has been placed under suspension for allegedly taking part in the election campaign and vijayotsava of Belthangady MLA Harish Poonja of the BJP. Panchayat development officer Prakash Shetty suspended Nagesh, who is a staffer at the gram panchayat office. tnn
