Bypolls: Candidates get MCC notice

Mangaluru: The model code of conduct (MCC) nodal officer for the bypolls to be held in Puttur City Municipal Council has served notice to two candidates backed by Puthila Parivara organisation, who have allegedly lured voters using a Hindu God’s picture and religious festival.
