NEW DELHI: Six junior artists working on the prequel to the Kannada blockbuster Kantara sustained injuries after the bus they were traveling in overturned near Jadkal, Udupi district, police said on Monday.
The accident occurred on Sunday night as the crew was returning to Kollur after wrapping up a shoot in Mudoor. The mini-bus was carrying 20 junior artists at the time.
"The mini-bus overturned while navigating the route near Jadkal," a police officer said.
The injured were immediately rushed to hospitals in Jadkal and Kundapur for treatment.
The Kollur police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
