LUDHIANA: Prominent industrialist and Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab Sanjeev Arora on Tuesday met vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar in New Delhi.
The meeting was held to discuss several issues, including healthcare and working of the Rajya Sabha, sources said.
Punjab Member of Parliament Arora said, “Vice-president Jagdeep Dhankhar advised that Rajya Sabha members should cooperate in smooth working of the House. He assured that all members will be given adequate time in Rajya Sabha and every Rajya Sabha member should give a good impression before everyone, as people keep a sharp eye on them.”
The vice-president also discussed issues related to affordable healthcare with him, and admitted that a lot of work could be done in the sector.
