AGM of Lodhi Club to be held on May 3

Lodhi Club

, which was to be held on April 19, has been re-scheduled and will now take place on May 3. The meeting will be presided over by the club’s president and other office bearers.According to a circular issued in this regard by general secretary CA

Mahajan, “The AGM which was earlier scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 19 has been rescheduled and now the executive committee has decided to call the AGM on Tuesday, May 3 at 5pm at club premises. The agenda of AGM 2022 includes confirmation of minutes of the last AGM held on February 21, 2021, approval of statement of accounts as well as assets and liabilities of the club for the financial year ending March 31, 2021. Adoption of auditors report for the year ending March 31, 2021, proposed agenda points based on letters, suggestions and queries already given by members received till April 11.”Circular also added, “Copy of the audited balance sheet for the financial year ending March 31, 2021 and minutes of last AGM held on February 21, 2021 can be collected during office hours from the club office.”It further stated that according to Section 23, only those permanent members who have no arrears shall be entitled to take part in the general body meeting, to vote and contest in the general elections.”
