LUCKNOW: Film producer and actor Rahul Mittra has thanked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for the support he got from his government and officials during the shoot of a web series recently.
“I, along with the members of the cast of web series ‘Inspector Avinash’ – Randeep Hooda, Urvashi Rautela and director Neeraj Pathak – met the CM before the start of the shoot and he promised all help possible,” Mittra said.
“The CM asked officials to ensure we get whatever we require. We had no problem in terms of permission or logistic support. Film Bandhu was always there to help us,” he added.
“We had some issue with the location, and the CM took personal interest to resolve it. I am yet to see a CM who goes that far to extend a helping hand. As a result, UP has emerged as a hot destination for film shooting and it was really fun shooting here,” he added.
“I first met the CM during UP’s Mumbai roadshow in 2018 and whatever suggestions we gave for the improvement of promotion of film shooting have been implemented. UP has the best film policy in the country,” he added.
