Resort owner lodges case over terms of lease agreement

LUCKNOW:Tussle for the Shivgarh Resort in Mohanlalganj seems to be hotting up as in thelast one month the parties involved in the tussle have lodged three casesagainst each other with the latest being lodged on May 22 last.Inthe case lodged on May 22, owner of Shivgarh Resort Rakesh Pratap Singh who isan MLC from Rae Bareli, has accused three people which includes Vinit Mittal, VPGupta and Nitish Kumar. Rakesh has told police that he gave the resort on leaseto the accused in 2005 but what he wanted was that the resort should be run likeit is. The three, however, have opened a `Royal Shikshan Santhan' in it therebydenying the deal.Prior to the case Rakesh Pratap Singh on April 20too had got a complaint registered against a company secretary Dilip Dixit ofgetting his digital signatures for which the complainant himself had neverapplied for and only came to know once he received a confirmationletter.Another person who according to the Mohanlalganj policeclaims to be the security officer of the resort identifying himself as DhananjayDhiman has alleged in his complaint given on May 20 that his employees wereallegedly assaulted by the employees of Rakesh Pratap Singh when they went tomeet him. Dhananjay according to the police works for VP Gupta and VinitMittal.According to the circle officer Mohanlalganj, BalwantChowdhary investigations were on in connection to all these cases.
