All-India Hindu Mahasabha

has announced to begin the construction of Ram temple on the disputed site from November 8. Lakhs of karsevaks would gather in Ayodhya for the purpose, claimed

A delegation of the Mahasabha visited Ayodhya on Thursday and met mahants of

, one of the plaintiffs from the Hindu side in the dispute pending in the Supreme Court.

, said, "We have given a call to all Hindu saints all over the country to gather in Ayodhya in the first week of November."

"The construction of Ram temple will start at the disputed site with the installation of "singh dwar" (main gates) on all the four sides of the disputed site," said Chakrapani.

"We will lay the foundation stone of the temple on November 8, and from then onwards the construction will gather pace within no time," he added.

Mushtaq Ahmad Siddiqi, said, "If the government fails to take note, the communal harmony may get disturbed. Then it will also mean the government is supporting such activities."
