Pay withheld, KMCLU ex-VC sits in protest

Lucknow: Former vice-chancellor of Khwaja Moinnudin Chisti Language University (KMCLU) Mahrukh Mirza, who is also a commerce faculty, sat in protest against the university administration on Thursday. Mirza demanded biometric attendance to be installed in the university’s academic block and alleged that the university had on purpose not released his salary
“We are collecting data of every university faculty and all teachers have submitted it except Mirza,” said KMCLU vice-chancellor Prof N B Singh.
On the other hand, Mirza told TOI, “I have already submitted all documents but they have misplaced them.”
