A visibly angry Uday Shah, resident of Indiranagar, said, "If garbage collection doesn't resume soon, then I will dump garbage in front of LMC office." LMC environmental engineer Sanjeev Pradhan said, "We have received reports that the private company has not paid their employees on time. As a result, many are not reporting for duty."
However, senior officials of EcoGreen claimed that 500 vehicles have been deployed for door-to-door collection and 100 vehicles to transport waste to Shivri plant.
