Madhumani remains elusive
LUCKNOW: The Central Bureau of Investigations (CBI) team probing into the Madhumita murder case, on Monday again, continued with the exercise of serving notices at the Lawrence Terrace and Gorakhpur residences of Madhumani, the remaining prime accused in the case.
The day began with the CBI pasting a notice outside the Lawrence Terrace house of Amarmani directing his wife Madhumani to be available at her house before 4 pm.

When Madhumani did not reach her Lawrence Terrace house, the CBI team again reached the scene and pasted another notice directing Madhumani to contact the CBI sleuths by November 23.
The CBI team also searched for Gyanu, Kishore, Dinesh and Maya Shanker - the four attendants of the Tripathis, working at their Lawrence Terrace accommodation. These attendants had been asked to report to the CBI camp office on Monday morning but did not turn up.
In Gorakhpur, too, the exercise was futile even as the part of the CBI team camping there visited Madhumani’s house three times. Notices were pasted outside the house directing her to appear before the CBI or else face the consequences.
