Jawwad deposition continues today

lucknow: the statement of 26th witness in the ram janambhoomi-babri masjid title suit, maulana kalbe jawwad, being recorded by the commissioner, narendra prasad, osd high court lucknow bench, will continueon wednesday. it may be recalled that a special full bench of the high court comprising justice sudhir narain, justice sr alam and justice bhanwar singh has appointed osd narendra prasad as commissioner to record statements of the witnesses in the four-file suit relating to the ram janambhoomi-babari masjid dispute.hs jain, counsel for the hindu mahasabha, on tuesday concluded cross -examination of jawwad while vireshwar dwivedi started cross-examination of jawwad on behalf of umesh chandra pandey, one of the defendants in the case, and will continue tomorrow.
