Nasa scientist gets rousing welcome in hometown

Lucknow: Lucknow Connection Worldwide (LCWW) hosted a grand reception to welcome Sunita Verma, a distinguished Nasa scientist and alumna of Lucknow University, along with her husband, Arun Verma. Sunita Verma, originally from Lucknow, has spent over 42 years in the United States and is an active member of LCWW, significantly contributing to its California chapter.
The event took place at Sheroes Hangout, Gomtinagar, where members of LCWW and notable personalities of Lucknow gathered to celebrate her achievements. The evening was marked by a vibrant cultural programme featuring music and heartfelt interactions. Key attendees included LCWW admins Rashmi Mishra, Madhu Srivastava, and Kailash Kumar Srivastava, along with prominent figures such as Col. AGK Singh, Neerja Shukla, Indu Saraswat, Vivek Shukla, Aparna Singh, Manish Bhartiya, Navin Kohli and many others.
This event reinforced the strong bond between Lucknow and its global diaspora
