Yogi Adityanath has taken cognisance of complaints raised by employees of the CM Helpline 1076 against V-Win Private Limited and has directed immediate resolution of salary-related grievances and workplace issues.
Officials said the CM has instructed to ensure that employees' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, emphasising that no negligence would be tolerated in matters affecting workforce welfare. Acting on these directions, UPDESCO managing director Neha Jain reviewed the case and initiated high-level discussions with the company's senior management.
Following the intervention at the highest level, the company agreed to key demands raised by the employees, including salary hike and improvement in workplace facilities. Authorities said the company has been directed to prioritise employee welfare and ensure necessary infrastructure and working conditions at the helpline centres.
Neha Jain said that the matter was reviewed in compliance with the CM's directives and added that instructions have been issued to the company to resolve salary-related issues on priority and ensure adequate workplace facilities, while continuous monitoring will be maintained to prevent recurrence of such issues.
The swift action helped restore normalcy, with employees resuming their duties. Staff members expressed gratitude to the CM, stating that his timely and firm intervention led to the resolution of long-pending issues.
Employees, including Himanshu Vikram, Vikas Yadav and Ankit Shukla, thanked the chief minister, saying the decision brought relief and improved the overall work environment, enabling them to return to work with renewed confidence.
