Cloth-wrapped woman's body found
A case of murder and destruction of evidence has been registered in Bakshi-Ka-Talab police station.
According to the police, one Dwarika, resident of Bhaisamau in Bakshi-Ka-Talab, was going to his farm on Monday when he saw something wrapped in a bedsheet belonging to one, Virendra Kumar Shukla.
The woman was wearing a skirt - black and with checks - and a black top. There were no visible marks of any cut on the body. She could have been strangulated, the cops said. It was clear that she had been murdered and her body was dumped here. There were no papers or any other item near the body which could help identify it. Police sent the body for post-mortem examination. A case of murder and destruction of evidence has been registered in Bakshi-Ka-Talab police station.
