LUCKNOW: Six more complaints of card
In the first complaint, Shalini Agarwal of Vikasnagar stated that she received a message of Rs 20,000 deduction on Thursday night. "When I went to bank to enquire, I was told that my debit card has been cloned," she said. Suyash Mishra of Indiranagar was duped of Rs 10,000 while Saksham Shukla of Chowk complained that Rs 15,000 were deducted from his account.

Anshul Porwal of Mahanagar told police that Rs 26,000 were deducted from his account though he had not used his card since last three months. Ashutosh Verma was also duped of Rs 18,000 by fraudsters similarly.
Asit Sen of Gomtinagar informed police that he received two messages of Rs 10,000 being deducted.
"When I went to the bank, I was told that my card had been cloned by miscreants who used it for online transactions," said Sen.
Cyber cell nodal officer Abhay Mishra said, "We have asked banks to request their customers to change the PIN numbers of their debit, credit cards at the earliest."
Mishra further informed that CCTV footage of two identified ATMs was scanned but no breakthrough could be achieved. "We still have to check remaining 14 ATMs," said Mishra.
