Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will open the second phase of online registration for residential plots under its Anantnagar scheme from Apr 28.
The registration window will remain open until May 27. The number of plots is 498 and allotment will be done through a lottery system.
LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar issued directions for the rollout of the allotment process. Applicants will have to deposit a registration fee equal to 5% of the estimated plot value.
LDA officials said over 1,283 scheme plots have already been allotted in earlier phases.
The scheme, spread over 785 acres on Mohan road, is being developed with a grid-based layout, wide roads and underground power lines to ensure uninterrupted electricity.
The project aims to cater to around 1.5 lakh residents and will include an ‘Edutech City’, along with 130 acres of parks and green spaces.
