3 suspended after clash in Lucknow University hostel

Lucknow University has suspended three students who were allegedly involved in a clash between residents of Lal Bahadur Shastri boys’ hostel and illegal occupants on Friday. Three students were injured and one is in critical condition and admitted to KGMU.

The students, Abhay Kumar and Shiv Kumar Verma from BCom (Hons) and Salman Khan of BCom fifth semester, will not be allowed to enter LU campus.
LUCKNOW: Lucknow University has suspended three students who were allegedly involved in a clash between residents of Lal Bahadur Shastri boys’ hostel and illegal occupants on Friday. Three students were injured and one is in critical condition and admitted to KGMU.The students, Abhay Kumar and Shiv Kumar Verma from BCom (Hons) and Salman Khan of BCom fifth semester, will not be allowed to enter LU campus. Their hostel allotment has also been cancelled for now. “They have a week’s time to reply to chief proctor Rakesh Dwivedi on show-cause notice issued to them. to ,” said LU spokesperson Durgesh Srivastava.
