: Film director Blessy, who created one of the lengthiest documentary in the world, will be honoured at a function here on Sunday.


Blessy entered record books with his 48-hour plus documentary on bishop

Dr Philipose Mar Chrysostom

titled '100 years of Chrysostom'.

The documentary unravels the illustrious life and the philosophical narratives of the centenarian bishop. The documentary completed in two years was shot in India and abroad.

The function, organised by various cultural organisations in Kottayam, including IPCAI, AATMA, and Darsana Cultural Centre, will be held at 2.30pm.

There will also be a musical programme with songs from Blessy's films and an hour-long abridged version of the documentary. MLA Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan will preside over the function.
