Teacher appts: HC tells CBI to submit docus

Kolkata: A Calcutta High Court division bench of justices Debangsu Basak and Md Shabbar Rashidi on Friday directed CBI to submit electronic device recovered from Ghaziabad, the hard disk and OMR data stored in it, and all other related documents to the court by Jan 24.
Justice Basak ordered the agency to submit the documents by Jan 24 if deposition of the electronic device was not possible by then.
The division bench, however, made it mandatory for CBI to submit the recovered device in course of the teacher recruitment case hearing.
Deputy solicitor general and CBI counsel Billwadal Bhattacharya submitted that the agency had sent all recovered data to the West Bengal School Service Commission.
