Fun-filled Pujor Hullor to ring in Sharadotsav
KOLKATA: With Sharadotsav just a few days away, the city is gearing up to welcome Ma Durga and participate in gala events filled with fun and festivity. Demonetization blues have been forgotten as festive fervour has taken over with the countdown for Durga Puja 2017.

Pujor Hullor is a complete family affair. The residents can look forward to games that require multitasking, witness events that will make them laugh their hearts out and gorge on festive delicacies.
While there will be drawing competitions for children along with other fun activities, women will get a chance to cook up a storm with their culinary skills and win fabulous gifts. Matriarchs of families will have another unique competition to participate in. Abasoner dashabhuja focuses on women and multitasking just like Ma Durga who has 10 hands. The participants will be asked to perform 10 different tasks, including packing food into a tiffin box to packing a bag, in record time.
Among the team activities, residents can look forward to impromptu skits on rather hatke topics such as — Durga dating Mahisasur, Lakshmi going broke after investing her money in a chit fund, Shiva wanting Durga and her kids to enjoy in Goa instead of pandal hopping or Mahisasur receiving a gift voucher and consulting Kartik on the best makeover he could get.
Through Pujor Hullor The Times of India seeks to bind the residents together through healthy competitions and hours of fun-filled events.
