Roja is warm, humble and rooted. While I fret over fancy brands, she chooses simple joys of life. At times, I tend to go overboard with a lavish lifestyle and she keeps me grounded. But she tends to oversleep at times and I have to tolerate that. Also, she has no taste for my kind of humour.


My husband is extremely caring but bad with time management: Roja Dey
My husband is by far the most caring person I have come across. His thoughtful ways are not just reserved for me but for everyone around us. He takes note of birthdays and chooses gifts with utmost care. But what annoys me to no end is his horrible sense of time management.

My girl’s supportive, but lost in her own world:

I am really happy that my girl is so supportive of me. She helps me prepare backstage. She is always keen to help me present my best version on stage. But of course, there are times when I feel a little annoyed when she takes long showers and totally forgets to check her phone. This happens when I have to pick her up for some event that both us plan to attend.

He is a dedicated musician, who loves to pull my leg: Sevina Kahlon
I like Shiladitya’s dedication towards music. He is so hardworking and passionate about his art that I find him drumming for hours together. That makes him adorable. Also, he loves to tease me a lot. I just about tolerate that. But again, it’s strange. As much as I hate being teased, I also enjoy it sometime.

She is fun but a tad disorganised: Anupam Roy
Piya has a great sense of humour that perfectly matches with mine. She can crack jokes in a jiffy. However, she is a tad disorganised. I am sure she can work on that aspect.

He is honest, but obsessed with tidiness: Piya Chakraborty
Anupam has the courage to call a spade a spade. There is frankness in his attitude that I admire. However, he is impatient about everything. Also, he is obsessed about cleanliness. It seems as if he has some kind of an OCD. And that can be really tiring at times.

Kheya is selfless, but I worry about her simplicity: Aditya Sengupta
I have never seen a selfless person like Kheya. Be it for friends or strangers — she goes out of her way to help people in distress. She always steps forward for students seeking abode, puppies up for adoption, shelter and care for elderlies. I learn how to be kind like her every day. Also, I get a bit worried about her simplicity. I tell her not to let people take her for granted. But she doesn’t care!

Aditya is creative, but he takes forever to open up: Kheya Chattopadhyay
Whenever we fight, it takes him a second to melt my anger. He is really funny and creative. With him around, I don’t have a single dull moment in life. Even at a very boring party, he will do something that will cheer me up. However, he takes forever to open up. He is a bit uncomfortable at social gatherings. If he doesn’t get the right vibe, he will not talk or socialise. That troubles me sometimes.

Poulomi saves the best for me, but she is very lazy: Soumyadeep Roy
Poulomi loves me to bits. Whether it’s a gift or an everyday matter, which could be a big piece of fish, she will always save the best for me. I try to stop her, but she doesn’t listen. And in all this, she forgets to look after herself. She becomes lazy and low in energy. That’s what I don’t like.

My husband is real fun to be with but also short-tempered:

My husband is extremely fun loving. I have become a different person after our marriage. Earlier, my life revolved around family, studies and career. It’s because of him that I have learnt to enjoy life. Though he is a bit short-tempered, I think it’s good for him. When he gets angry he just blurts out and then cools down in no time.
