Celebrating eighty years of music

KOLKATA: SHAILI - an academy of classical music had organised a special felicitation programme for renowned sitarist, Pandit Manoj Shankar on December 18 at the Satyajit Ray auditorium of ICCR. Shankar is one of the senior most sitarists of the country and has completed 80 years in the field of performing arts.
The event - was graced by Swapan Chaudhuri, Sisirkana Dhar Chowdhury, Santosh Banerjee, Samir Chatterjee, Dalia Rahut and Mahua Mukherjee.
