BJP releases list for 5 more seats
Kolkata: BJP on Saturday released a fresh list of five candidates for key constituencies in and around Kolkata, while replacing three earlier nominees ahead of the Bengal assembly elections on April 23 and 29, reports Debashis Konar.
Anupam Biswas has been named from Kalyani, a seat previously held by BJP's Ambika Roy.
In North 24 Parganas, Anindya Raju Banerjee will contest from Madhyamgram and Saurav Sikdar from Dum Dum North. Ramprasad Banerjee has been named from Uluberia East.
