ATKMB, Odisha FC to fight for playoff spots

Atletico de Kolkata (ATK) are in fifth place in the Indian Super League (ISL) with 36 points, six points behind league leaders Mumbai FC. ATK will play Odisha FC at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on Saturday. If they win, they will establish a safety cushion. However, the Mariners have to lift their game after failing to score in four of their last five matches and winning just one of those games. ATK's coach, Juan Ferrando, will be happy to return home where they have won five out of seven games. Odisha FC have never beaten ATK in the ISL. Mumbai FC's streak of 11 straight wins in the ISL surpassed Mohun Bagan's record of 10 in the I-League.

Kolkata: ATK Mohun Bagan will look to get back to winning ways and extend their two-point lead over Odisha FC whom they meet in ISL-9 at the Salt lake Stadium here on Saturday. Placed at fifth and sixth spots respectively, the winners of Saturday’s tie will be able to establish a safety cushion.
However, the Mariners have to lift their game after failing to score in four of their last five matches and winning just one of those games.

ATKMB coach Juan Ferrando will be happy to return home where they have won five out of seven games. The return of Glan Martins on loan from FC Goa has strengthened the hosts’ midfield behind the prolific striker Dimitri Petratos, who has scored five goals and assisted six in 13 ISL games this season.
Odisha FC on the other hand, have never beaten ATKMB in the ISL.
