additional chief electoral officer N Moa Aier said. Polling will be held from 7am to 3pm on Wednesday.

A mob had overpowered polling officials and destroyed election materials at the Kubza polling station on Monday. Though political parties had registered complaints and demanding re-polling in 17 booths across the state, ECI has recommended re-election only in Kubza which has 641 electorates, Aier said.

Nagaland witnessed a voter turnout of around 75% in the bypoll to the

Lok Sabha

seat on Monday.
