Two held for murder at lodge

THRISSUR: The Irinjalakkuda police on Wednesday arrested two youths in connection with the murder of a man at a lodge in the town on Tuesday. Lijo Joseph, 23, of Wayanad and Sajish, 24, of Malappuram were arrested from Kalpetta in Wayanad.
C R I Das, a native of Neyyattinkara, was found dead at Al- Ameen lodge.
According to circle inspector of police T S Sinoj, the accused left for Wayanad after committing the crime.The arrest was based on the statement of a security guard at the lodge.
This is the third murder in the town in the last one week.
