Mani met Cong leaders in bid to join UDF: Kappan

Kottayam: Kerala Congress (Mani) chairman Jose K Mani met Congress leaders seeking to join UDF, said Pala MLA Mani C Kappan.Speaking to reporters in Pala on Monday, Kappan challenged Jose to deny what he stated."I'm not revealing the leaders he met now. If Jose K Mani pledges in front of the kurisu pally of Pala cathedral church that he didn't meet them expecting an entry into UDF, I will do what he says," said Kappan."Realising this, (chief minister) Pinarayi Vijayan made him the captain of LDF march. Mani shouldn't even dream of winning in Pala," he added.
