on Friday dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of
Martin
Joseph, who is accused of
rape and
torture
of his live-in partner, after recording his arrest.
Justice

The case relates to alleged rape and torture of a 27-year-old woman, with whom the applicant had a live-in relationship, after she questioned his relationship with another woman. She has also alleged that he cheated her of Rs5 lakhs.
