said that creditors cannot resort to employ goondas to recover money. He said the Supreme Court has deprecated the employment of recovery agents for loan recovery. “That is against the concept of rule of law. It will result in utter chaos,” he said. Goverment will change, but the laws won't change. Even in many films the atrocities of collection agents shown, but neither the Government nor the courts have taken the issue seriously. Banks persist customer to take loans and then collection agents will arrive for collection. To overcome this unattended issue by successive governments, CONSUMERS should refrain from taking any bank loan for any purpose. TRUTHS ARE THE SIMPLEST.Read allPost comment
