Kerala: 37-year-old woman succumbs to accident injuries

KOCHI: A 37-year-old woman who met with a road accident on Saturday morning succumbed to her injuries on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Vineetha, wife of Biju, Pathaamkuzhi, Udayamperoor. Her scooter was knocked down by a truck near Pathaam Mile at Udayamperoor on Saturday morning. She was rushed to a private hospital and she died at 11.30am on Sunday, sources said. Udayamperoor police had arrested the truck driver on Saturday itself. tnn
