Taekwondo teams win 20 medals in UP

Kanpur: Kanpur taekwondo team won as many as 20 medals, including 7 gold in the first central zone UP state taekwondo championship which concluded in Lucknow on Sunday last.The officials of Kanpur Taekwondo Association congratulated the medal winners and hoped that they would bring laurels to the city in future.According to Satyendra Yadav, the medal winners are Gold-(Girls) Manya Agarwal, Trisha Verma, Anusha Shukla, Lavanya Singh, Vidyanshi Verma, Silver-Ananya Katiyar, Satvik Srivastava, Vanshika Tiwari, Bronze-BL Sanhita.Boys-Gold-Aviral Pathak, Devendra Pal, Nitin Tiwari, Silver-Satvik Srivastava, Bronze-Gaurav Dixit, Hardik Verma, Abhinav Pratap Ramji,Hare Ram and Lalak Singh.Pumse- BL Sanhita (Gold), Vandana Sharma (Silver).
