Kanpur: An assistant general manager (

) of Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur, and his wife were killed in a road accident on the Agra-Kanpur National Highway in Etawah on Sunday midnight.The mishap took place after the AGM’s car collided with a culvert near the ‘dhaba’ in the Bakewar police station area at around 2.30 am.With the help of passers-by and the local people, the police pulled the couple out of the car and rushed them to a nearby hospital, but doctors declared them brought dead.AGM Shivpal Singh, 57, posted in the regional office of Reserve Bank of India, Kanpur, and his wife
