said during the inspection, an awareness camp was organized for old prisoners and the undertrials to make them aware about their legal rights. They were also informed how to protect themselves from Covid-19 infection. She also listened to the problems of the undertrials and the prisoners and disposed of them on the spot. In compliance with the directions of UP State Legal Service Authority, a special Lok Adalat will be organized in the Kanpur court premises on January 22 to settle matrimonial and family disputes on a compromise basis, Tiwari said. A pre-litigation sitting has also been fixed on January 13, she added. tnn
