Sealed building owners were waiting for state compounding policy.
In other proposals, circle rates, rate revision of several schemes and auction of KDA properties and transfer of KDA colonies would also be discussed.
KDA had sealed more than 300 under-construction buildings because these were not being raised according to sanctioned building map. Chief engineer SN Tripathi said that tenders for various schemes had been floated.
