Give correct list to start election process: Elders committee

Kanpur: The elders committee on Wednesday directed the present executive committee of the Lawyers Association to provide a correct electoral list so that the annual election process could be initiated.
A meeting of the elders committee was held on Wednesday evening under the chairmanship of Yudhveer Singh Chauhan in which the present executive committee handed over the charge of the association and discussed the annual elections in detail.Besides Shailendra Shukla and Raghvendra Pratap Singh, president and general secretary respectively of the present executive committee, Vijay Acharya, Shiv Pratap Singh, Ghanshyam Sachan, Arun Tiwari (all advocates) were present in the meeting.
The annual general election of the Lawyers Associations will be held this year. Though its date has not been declared, the aspirants have already started their election campaign.
