CM Yogi, ex-President Kovind attend Sachan daughter's wedding in Kanpur

Kanpur: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and former President Ram Nath Kovind arrived in Kanpur on Sunday to attend the wedding of Rashi, the daughter of UP MSME minister Rakesh Sachan, and Shivendra, the son of entrepreneur Yadvendra Singh Sachan. Preparations for their arrival continued since morning at Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology (CSA). At approximately 1:15 pm, Yogi's helicopter landed at the CSA grounds. Before that, at 1:00 pm, former President Ram Nath Kovind landed in the city. State Jal Shakti minister Swatantra Dev Singh and the CM's adviser Avnish Awasthi accompanied Yogi Governor Anandiben Patel also arrived at CSA. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav was also present for the wedding.The Chief Minister interacted with the leaders to gather information about the city's development projects and related issues. He then proceeded to greet Kovind.
